As a leading Training provider, we have always sought to eventually have our own training academy. Over the years, we have delivered countless Business and Operational training – both for internal hires as well as for external clients.
Despite the uncertainty posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our hiring did not let up. In fact, as we have shared countless times on our social media sites that we are still hiring and growing. One thing was certain – the people we hire needed to be trained. At Brandt, we always hire for attitude vs aptitude as we believe that an employee with the right attitude is miles better than someone with just the skills.
On September 14, 2020, we had a small ribbon cutting ceremony to mark this milestone although our Academy has been working non-stop and training has been continuous since June. Intake number 25 was the lucky group to be fettered with a small breakfast and a motivational session by our CEO and senior leadership team. The Brandt Academy is located at KL Gateway, connected to our Bangsar South operations site via shuttle bus and the current need to ensure social distancing means that we are only able to accommodate around 20-28 participants at any time but we look forward to hosting your training requirements!
